Welcome to the Rugby League World Cup 2021 Procurement Portal To support the successful delivery of the RLWC 2021 tournament, procurement opportunities exist for the supply of a variety of goods and services.

YPO are our Official Procurement Supplier and are providing dedicated procurement expertise and resource to support our procurement programme and ensure an efficient process.

 Using our procurement portal you can:

  • Join our Mailing List – to get notified when new tenders are published

Each tender is listed, along with a button to view an Information Page. The Information Page contains useful information about the tender, including an Access Code that you’ll need to view the tender documents and to submit a bid.

Joining our Mailing List

We use our Mailing List to notify suppliers when we have published a new tender opportunity. If you would like to receive these notifications, please join our Mailing List.

To join the Mailing List, you first need to register for a Delta account. Once registered, go to the Response Manager section of your dashboard and enter Access Code: 788653W2WW.

You won’t get any notification from the system, but you will be on the Mailing List to receive future emails when a new tender is published.

Register for live tenders and submit bids

Each tender has a unique Access Code that you’ll need to access the tender documents and to submit a bid. The Access Code can be found on the Information Page of the tender that you’re interested in.
